Our method used in tile and grout cleaning is done through a hydro force cleaner that is connected to our high powered truck mounted steam cleaning system.

1.   We pre-spray tile and grout with an alkaline or acid based solution depending on what is determined at time of inspection. We allow this to set for approximately 30 minutes.

2.   We scrub grout lines with brushes where needed

3.   We use a hydro force jet machine that shoots a jet stream at 1200 PSI and extracts dirt and soil into a waste tank.

4.   Leaving floor looking restored and revitalized.

We also clean marble, slate, stone and travertine!!!
